Strathroy Community Players presents Twelve Days Nov 24, 25, 26
Strathroy Community Players (SCP) presents Twelve Days at the Royal Canadian Legion. Preview: Thursday, November 24 $20 each with appetizers. Dinner Shows: Friday Saturday, November 25-26, $30 each. Tickets available at Carlson Wagonlit 519-245-2201, 40 Caradoc Street North, Strathroy. Doors open at 6 pm with the show at 7 pm. A portion of proceeds will go to Strathroy District Arts Council. Twelve Days is an insider's look at the laughter, sweat and tears that go into a production. The audience is given a backstage pass to join SCP as they put in the final days of prep for their fall show. Songs are rehearsed, props are misplaced, and tempers flare, but as always, the show must go on! The always popular live and taped commercials specially written for our local sponsors will also be included.

Join Strathroy & District Chamber of Commerce at West Middlesex Memorial Centre for Biz After Biz on Thursday, November 24 from 6 8 pm. The Municipality and BIA will be hosting the event in the newly renovated centre. Wear your favourite team attire to get in on some great prizes. Draws will also be made for Downtown Dollars. Check out the Wheel Chair Challenge as we prepare for the Rick Hansen Anniversary Relay coming through town the next day.
Rick Hansen Reunion Relay Fri Nov 25, 1 pm
The Rick Hansen Reunion Relay tour will celebrate local heroes when it comes to town on Friday, November 25. Beginning at 1 pm, the relay will start on Albert Street in front of Seasons Strathroy. It will continue to Front Street where it will enter the downtown, heading up Frank Street to Town Hall. Live music and hot chocolate are planned for in front of Town Hall where the street will be closed. The tour will continue at 2:30 pm where it will head to Mt. Brydges, entering the community on Adelaide Road at 3 pm where festivities are being scheduled for the downtown core. Everyone is invited to support local medal bearers Joel Pincombe, Nancy Powers, Justin Giffen, Chris Daw, Valerie Sinclair, Heather Butts and Kenny Allore.

Championship Wrestling Sun Dec 4, 3 pm
Championship Wrestling will be held Sunday December 4 at 3 pm, at Bear Creek Golf and Country Club. Come out and see hometown girl Alicia Verhoeven and other wrestlers show us how its done.
